These large silks were not mounted on card-mounts, as they were first produced in 1862, and the Stevengraph pictures as such were first introduced in 1879.

The silk title 'Albert and His Daughters' is actually not printed on the silk. It is however the title used by Stevens in his advertisements.

This is a very large silk - and really too large to be called a bookmark.

It is a companion to The Queen and Her Sons.
