A small upright Stevengraph showing the old Coventry Cathedral (bombed in the Second World War) with smaller, named views of the Blue Coat School [top left], Free Library [top right], St. Mary's Hall [middle left], King Henry VIII School [middle right], Fords Hospital [bottom left] and Bablake Hospital [bottom right].
This subject is first listed (amongst the portraits) on label 23+26+2 of c. 1887 and appears with WARWICKSHIRE, OLD AND NEW [see st 596 on this site] with which it forms a convenient pair. COVENTRY, OLD AND NEW is normally found on card-mount C2. It also occurs in postcard form.
