Comments:

Signed: "WELCH & LENTON. COVENTRY" on the back top turnover.

This bookmark also contains lettering on the reverse pointed end, which are indistinct.
The clear impression however is that they read:

"E. BOLLANS & Co. LEAMINGTON."

Compare to an actual reverse of a Bollans bookmark.
Reverse pointed end of bookmark, showing indistinct lettering, possibly saying E. BOLLANS & CO. LEAMINGTON. Reverse of Bollans bookmark - for comparison
